Program Designed for First Time Managers

 

This program is designed to develop the basic management skills of first-line managers. New managers must learn to make the transition from an independent producer to a leader of people and manager of resources. They must recognize the responsibility of the role of the manager and the importance of employee expectations.

OBJECTIVES

At the conclusion of this program, each participant will be able to:
