Jaro is the Founder and CEO of GEN R Executive Education, educating a new generation of leaders who re-think, re-frame, re-new themselves, their organizations, communities and the world of global business. GEN R delivers value to clients through simplicity, impact, practicality, and purpose.

GEN R brings together Jaro’s professional network and experience of more than 20 years in executive education, design, business development, team leadership, corporate banking, hospitality, event management, and sports. Jaro has assembled a world-class team of associates, educators, and partners who have relentless client focus, think differently, and help companies succeed via a unique point of view on key dimensions of successful leaders/organizations.

Jaro spent seven years with Thunderbird Executive Education. He had the privilege to collaborate with world’s foremost thought leaders, develop executive and leadership development programs for organizations from around the globe, ranging from CPG family owned enterprises, social sector, to Fortune 100 financial services, hi-tech, education, F&B, manufacturing, energy companies, as well as the US military Iraqi Training and Advisory Mission.

Prior to matriculation at Thunderbird, Jaro spent time in the financial services industry and worked in various roles in risk management and commercial banking (large corporate, middle market, and small business) at JP Morgan Chase and Comerica Bank, with assignments in the US and United Kingdom. 

Jaro was born in Slovakia. He is fluent in English and also studied Russian and Spanish. Jaro received his B.A. from Ferris State University and his MIM from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ.

His desire to help others succeed sustains in his personal life where he has the privilege to serve on the Board of Directors at the Lost Boys Center for Leadership Development, an organization working to strengthen educational and leadership capacity in South Sudan.
