Krupal Parchure is the Founder and Managing Partner of MQuadrant and the lead of the India Virtual Delivery Center for Phoenix Strategic Performance. The India Virtual Delivery Center creates project deliverables around operational, commercial, and transformational excellence, remotely, via cutting-edge, online technologies; thereby significantly reducing consulting fees and minimizing change management and transformational risks. The focus is to leverage results-oriented expertise and vigor of top management consulting talent in the creation of all levels of deliverables required to run successful projects and functions.

Krupal has management consulting and project management experience in the areas of operations strategy, supply chain, business redesign, revenue & profit growth, and commercial excellence.  Prior to founding MQuadrant, Krupal was aligned with the Global Operations Strategy & Business Redesign group at The Readers Digest Association (New York). Krupal was also with Capgemini US LLC, (Chicago), where he worked with several Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies on large transformational projects. Krupal began his consulting career with Consona Corp. (Indianapolis), implementing continuous business process improvement solutions for manufacturing companies across North America.

Krupal has a master’s degree in engineering management from Syracuse University, New York. He is a gold medalist of the Phi Beta Delta Honors Society for International Scholars, a Kauffman Entrepreneurial Fellow, and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants.

Highlights Include: 

  • Led large transformational projects developing integrated supply chain management and operational excellence approach around product strategy, product lifecycle management, fulfillment, demand management, and merchandising. Drove changes within the supply chain organization to re-engineer focus from cost to value chain. Performed supply chain and value chain analysis for future state business designs.

  • Delivered significant savings by initiating operational excellence and continuous business process improvement programs across industries such as manufacturing, life sciences & healthcare, consumer products and retail.

  • Enhanced global sourcing performance by achieving remarkable savings, improving service level agreements (SLA), and implementing effective contract governance and supplier selection frameworks. Designed and implemented innovative strategic sourcing and procurement models, facilitated vendor contract negotiations, and implemented final commercial terms and processes across organizations.

  • Led the project management office for large transformational projects globally. Created and managed detailed plans and budgets to the activity level, based on the identified goals of the program/project. Identified dependencies and managed risks by designing risk mitigation strategies. Created final deliverables by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on gathering relevant data, identifying gaps, addressing gaps by consulting the subject matter experts, and then reviewing with stakeholders.

  • Designed and implemented advanced governance and reporting processes to measure, monitor and manage expected results from large transformational projects. Designed technological systems to facilitate production of reports and dashboards in near real-time manner. Played a key role in recruiting the governance committee, defining responsibilities for every role and institutionalizing the core governance function and framework.
